My client is seeking a qualified and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our team in Salisbury, Wiltshire. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicles. You will use your diagnostic skills to identify and troubleshoot problems, ensuring all repairs are completed to the highest standards
Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles.
* Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems.
* Follow manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
* Maintain accurate records of all work performed on vehicles.
* Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Qualified Vehicle Technician
* IMI Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence
* A valid MOT Licence
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
* A positive and can-do attitude
* A full UK driving licence
