Contracts Administrator Package Overview:
* £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (negotiable, depending on experience)
* Staffordshire - Commutable from; Congleton, Stoke on Trent, Stafford, Ashbourne & Market Drayton
* Full-time, permanent
* Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5.00pm
* Pension and bonus scheme

This is a full-time office based position.

Contracts Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for looking after one of the company’s major contracts as well as a few smaller ones as and when required
* Answering Phones, replying to emails, posting letters and filing - Serve as the first point of contact for the business, requiring excellent phone etiquette to take messages and direct calls
* Managing the engineer’s diaries and booking them for maintenance and reactive work
* Handling system documentation, including specifications and commissioning paperwork, ensuring all documents are returned by the engineers and uploaded to client portals
* Manage stakeholder expectations, including resolving conflicts and problems
* Log new customer calls and ensure they are followed up
Contracts Administrator Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in field coordination, preferably within an engineering-based business
* Strong administrative experience
* Experience with planning and scheduling
* Previous experience with diary management and client account management
* You will need excellent communication skills
