Key Responsibilities:
* Inbox Management: Efficiently handle and prioritise incoming emails, ensuring prompt responses and actions
* Fee Earner/Workload Organisation: Assist fee earners by organising and managing their workloads to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
* Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and review legal documents and correspondence with precision and attention to detail
* Client Billing/eBilling: Manage client billing processes, including the preparation and submission of e-bills, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
* Typing: Provide accurate and timely typing support for various documents and correspondence
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the intellectual property sector or a related field
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in document preparation and formatting
* Experience with client billing and e-billing systems
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
