Our client is a prestigious firm and they are seeking a Knowledge Assistant based in Southampton. You’ll play a pivotal role supporting our multi-jurisdictional Knowledge Management (KM) Team by organizing and executing training sessions, maintaining key knowledge tools, and managing firm-wide learning initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Group Director of Knowledge, your responsibilities will include logistical and administrative support for learning and development initiatives, such as new joiner inductions and KM projects. You’ll also profile and organize documents within our knowledge bank, update intranet resources, and assist in basic document automation.
To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in law firm training or knowledge administration, with proficiency in MS Office and ideally iManage or similar DMS. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively are essential. A degree qualification and legal background are preferred.
