Job Description:
Gleeson are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing digital marketing agency in their search for a Paid Search Manager to join their team in Birmingham.
This role will allow you to work across various different accounts (B2B account management experience preferable) and really demonstrate your PPC capabilities.
"What is your client looking for me to do?"
* Managing the day-to-day implementation including * PPC (Search & Display) * Keyword research
* Competitor analysis
* Campaign set-up, optimisation and management
* Analysis and reporting
* Social Ads * Audience targeting
* Campaign set-up and management
* Analysis and reporting
* Remarketing * Targeting
* Campaign set-up and management
* Analysis and reporting
* Conversion and Goal tracking set up.
* Making recommendations on website improvements that help to improve the conversion rates of PPC traffic
* Attending client meetings to gather information to feed into the strategies and presenting completed work
"What experience is your client looking for?"
* Ideally experience working in an agency environment
* Google Ads Search & Display Certification
* A practical working knowledge of the following marketing channels/platforms; * PPC (Search & Display) including Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising
* Social Ads (Including Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin)
* Remarketing
Our client are based in Birmingham City Centre and operating a hybrid working policy (4 days from the office, one from home - Monday or Friday).
The interview process will be two-stage. First stage will be done via Teams, the second will be face-to-face with the Managing Director.
