Key responsibilities: 
* Work alongside the Head of Finance to provide insight into the business’s financial performance.
* Drive efficiencies within the management accounting and revenue assurance team.
* Produce monthly management accounts & monthly financial KPIs.
* Ensure full revenue reconciliations are completed and all supplier costs are recharged.
* Work closely with the Head of Customer Experience and the Operations Director
* Manage payroll and commission calculations within the finance team.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Essential: ACCA or CIMA Qualified
* Experience in revenue accounting
* Previous experience in a Management Accountant role
* A sharp analytical mind and a passion for uncovering insights
* A natural curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Strong initiative and a drive to succeed
* A keen awareness of the importance of margins and revenue assurance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
