As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice, providing exceptional support to their customers via phone, chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with product inquiries, order placements and order tracking.
* Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure their satisfaction.
* Providing product recommendations and guidance to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you’ll need:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
* A passion for sport will be a big advantage.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* D2C customer service experience.
* Zendesk would be an advantage.
