Sales Manager – The Role:

This is a pivotal role for the business, responsible for driving new business and winning new contracts for the organisation. As the most senior commercial person in the business, you will look to significantly increase revenue over the next 3 years and identify new opportunities for growth. The successful individual will ensure that the business remains competitive in the sector whilst building upon their strong reputation and profit margins.
Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for the company sales strategy
- Drive new business while fostering strong relationships with clients to deliver both short-term and long-term business objectives
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and manage the sales budget
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion
- Use market insights to adapt sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge
Sales Manager – You:

- Previous experience in selling soft FM services (ideally commercial cleaning)
- Proven track record increasing revenue to meet ambitious growth targets
- Strong knowledge of bids and tenders frameworks
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility at senior level with key stakeholders
