Plexus are the global leaders in crypto recruitment. Since 2017 we’ve gone from strength to strength, and are opening in the US this year. We are a high performance sales team (one of the pound for pound best in the UK) and looking to grow substantially over the next few years.
This is a key hire for us. The Director of People & Performance will work across talent, learning & development and performance. You will report directly to the founders and have a huge impact in how we shape the business over the next few years. This is not really a HR role, its a hybrid of performance and company growth strategy!
If you perform well you’ll be quickly integrated into the SLT. The long-term vision is to exit the business and this person will be a key part of this journey so expect the ability to earn meaningfully upon exit.
Role:
Working closely with both founders you’ll be responsible for managing existing teams across Talent (internal recruitment) and Learning & Development.
You’ll be heavily involved in shaping company strategy over the coming years as we scale up.
You will be comfortable driving high performance.
Experience required:
7-10 years+ recruitment agency experience, across either sales, L&D or People.
An exceptional track record of developing people to their fullest potential.
Strong experience within a sales management or training/L&D role
Salary, commission/bonus + benefits are excellent.
The sales team is 100% onsite in London (City) and we believe passionately in this approach (and it works). Training, management, personal development etc is all best done face-to-face, and whilst this role may offer some common sense flexibility, we are really looking for people that share these values.
