Permanent - Salary Indicator: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus & Benefits - London, Hybrid working
A prestigious Financial Services firm are currently seeking an international Payroll Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This role will have oversite of the UK, European and APAC payrolls.
Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, the Payroll Analyst will ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of the monthly payrolls for both salary and hourly paid employees.
Duties:
* Support the international payroll team with day to day payroll processing
* Assist with Payroll Year End Duties
* Payroll reporting and managing the communication between Payroll provider and business
* Review, analyze, and reconcile payroll-related data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures. Calculate retroactive data as needed.
* Handle complex and/or sensitive payroll requests and issues by providing exceptional customer service to both customers and employees.
* Ensure employees receive their payments on schedule by working to tight deadlines and effectively managing time to meet our SLA’s.
* Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure vendors adhere to these updates.
* Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure quality service levels.
* Manage and support day-to-day payroll processes, organize, and submit payroll entries to ensure error-free processing aligned with statutory compliance and internal policies.
* Contribute ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll processing.
Skills & Experience
* Strong hands on experience with processing UK and International Payroll
* CIPP Qualification is desirable but not essential
* Strong communication skills both written and spoken
