Location: Bradford

About the Role:

A leading care provider is seeking warm, positive, and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Support Workers at their supported living services in Bradford. This role offers both full and part-time positions, with flexible hours and sleep-in shifts available, to accommodate the needs of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities.
* Encourage and promote independence, enabling tenants to enjoy fulfilling lives.
* Support service users in participating in community activities and developing their skills.
* Assist in managing tenancy responsibilities and ensuring the safety, hygiene, and comfort of the home.
* Promote self-esteem and confidence, helping service users make choices and decisions.
* Support with budgeting, managing finances, and accessing welfare benefits.
* Aid in meeting cultural, spiritual, and personal identity needs.
* Assist with personal care and daily living skills, including moving and handling.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of learning disabilities.
* Experience in providing care or support to adults with special needs is desirable.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and attend training courses.
