Finance Director for Global Consumer Business
Position: Finance Director
Location: London (Hybrid Working Model)
Salary: £110,000 - £120,000 + bonus and benefits
About the Company Our client, a leading global consumer business, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a thriving industry, working in an international environment with a forward-thinking organization. The company is based in Central London (Zone 1) and supports a hybrid working model to ensure a balanced work-life dynamic.
Key Responsibilities As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the business. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading a Team: Direct and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Statutory & Management Accounts: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and statutory financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations.
* External & Internal Relationships: Manage and develop strong relationships with joint venture partners, key clients, and suppliers to support business growth and operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For * Experience: Proven track record as a senior finance professional
* Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a finance team.
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory accounts, and financial analysis.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
