Job Description:
We are partnering with a Freight Forwarder in Dover seeking a Supplier Administration Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities;
* Maintain and develop customer relationships
* Engage with suppliers to comply with companies operating procedures
* Check and monitor pricing against rates
* Negotiating rates
* Supporting the operational team
* Manage the quality of service and agree quarterly improvement actions with suppliers
* Update internal systems
Skills Required;
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Package
* Polish or Romanian language advantageous
* Team Player
* Good planning and organising skills
