Interim FP&A Manager | 6 months | £60,000 - £75,000 | Hybrid Working | Oxford/Hybrid | Investments
Communicate are collaborating with an exciting Private Equity, Investment Firm, as they look to bolster out their impressive finance function with the addition of an FP&A Manager who can take the lead on monthly insights, robust budgets and forecasts and to business partner with a Heads of Depts.
Key requirements;
* A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) from Practice
* Technically strong - well versed in understanding IFRS standards, policies and audit
* Previous experience in taking the lead on 5YR Plans, budgets and forecasts is beneficial not essential
The role;
* You will be the go to for commercial decisions in this exciting, start-up, Investment firm
* Working closely with C-Suite on growth plans, strategy and analysis
* This is an exciting time to join a business in their Scale up phase and be a key player in this journey
Hybrid working out of the Oxford office, contracted for 6 months initially with the view to go permanent
