Job Description:
Zachary Daniels have an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive and successful organisation who service their clients globally. Due to office relocation they are seeking a professional, personable and experienced office administrator to support a team and senior management.
Position: Administrator
Hours; 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Northwich
Salary: £24k - £26k DOE
Job duties:
* Providing administration support to a team and senior management
* Liaising with our clients and personnel regarding their domestic and international travel requirements
* Producing reports and correspondence via Word and Excel
* Answering calls and responding to emails
* Organising flight bookings, collection of personnel data for visa processing and hotel bookings
* Dealing with staff expenses
* Using excel to manage timesheets
* Logging staff holidays and absences
* Arranging meetings
* Organising staff training
The successful candidate must be fully competent with full suite of MS Office applications including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Word etc.
