Candidate responsibilities:
* Provide proactive and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support
* Taking all phone calls for your fee earners
* Managing diaries and arranging meetings
* Direct contact with clients and professionals via telephone and email
* Carry out court filing and saving fee earners’ emails
Skills needed:
* A positive can do attitude - adapt and flex to meet needs of the firm
* Be proactive and use initiative
* Be a team player
* Able to maintain high levels on confidence
* Reliability and punctuality
