We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Director to work with one of the largest insurance companies in the world. This role comes with a very attractive salary range and a contracted bonus structure, plus car or car allowance.

As mentioned, the attractive salary range is between £50,000 - £80,000 DOE, plus a contractual bonus structure based on both personal and business performance, company car (or car allowance), 26 days paid annual leave, matched pension contribution, private medical cover plus much more.
 
Responsibilities
 
Network with brokers, clients and industry influencers to generate and nurture a solid lead pipeline * Onboard business that results in profitability and market growth
* Champion their excellent reputation and showcase some of the amazing achievements and talent they bring
* Work in congress with Business Performance Initiatives and Key Performance Metrics

Though location agnostic, the successful candidate is likely to be in and around the London area multiple times in the week and sometimes on short notice so please ensure this falls within your capability.
