Global Accounting Network are partnering with a multisite entertainment client who are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join on an initial 12 month contract.
As the Finance Systems Manager, this role reports into the Head of Financial Control but will work across all finance and partner closely with IT.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain the data integrity of all systems integration data into Agresso and any other finance databases
* Provide support to the Finance team to maintain the systems and processes to enable a smooth month end & year end process
* Ensure appropriate controls are in place to identify and report on system weaknesses and governance
* Ensure the Finance system processes are fully documented
* Drive continuous improvement and best practice for finance systems
* Lead and manage project planning from requirements through to design, development, testing, implementation, evaluation and maintenance solutions
* Provide reporting on project progress for all key stakeholders
* Support the rollout of Group wide new reporting tools for Finance e.g., Cognos, Power BI
* Ad hoc Finance System tasks
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Accountant
* Strong working knowledge of SQL
* Ideally prior experience using Agresso
* Knowledge of large systems development rollouts
* Strong excel skills
