ROLE: Associate/Senior Associate - Succession and Tax
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £60,000 - £75,000
Key responsibilities of the Associate/Senior Associate:
* Advise clients on all aspects of succession planning, including wills, trusts, and estate administration.
* Provide comprehensive tax planning advice to optimise clients’ financial positions.
* Mentor and support junior associates and paralegals in the team.
Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience in succession and tax law.
* Strong knowledge of current tax regulations and succession planning strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
