Credit Controller/ Accounts Assistant
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000. (DOE)
Location: Redditch.
Holiday: 33 days.
Hours: Hours - Mon - Fri, 7:30 - 4:00 (finish early on a Friday).
Report to: Finance Director.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Great understanding of Credit Control.
* Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a similar role.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (especially Excel).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Generate reports detailing accounts payables and receivables.
* Ensure compliance with all internal controls and relevant regulations.
* Monitor cash flow and maintain financial controls.
* Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and statements.
* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
* Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
* Support other accounting projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
