INVESTMENT PRICING ANALYST
UP TO £35,000
MANCHESTER
This is a new opportunity to sit in the investment team where you will be responsible for analysing and pricing potential new investments and engaging with clients across the financial sector.
THE COMPANY
This is an exciting time to join the business as it is expanding. The company is a debt-purchasing business working across alternative finance non-performing loans.
THE ROLE
You will be doing the following daily:
* Conducting comprehensive analyses of potential portfolio acquisitions and presenting findings to Senior Management to assist in decision-making and valuation.
* Performing on-site and remote due diligence on acquisition opportunities, as well as conducting credit, collateral, and risk assessments.
* Collaborating with clients and financial institutions to gather necessary data for portfolio valuation.
* Partnering with the analytics team to enhance cashflow forecasting models using statistical techniques.
* Drafting and presenting investment memorandums for board approval.
* Coordinating with Operational and Implementation departments to support and implement portfolio migration plans post-purchase.
* Reviewing and analysing post-acquisition portfolio performance against expectations.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience with Excel, R, SAS, SQL, or Python.
* Strong academic background in a STEM field.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
