Machine Operator
Job Role
Our client, located near St Neots, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented machine operative to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive and expanding company. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and have opportunities for advancement.
Job Responsibilities
* Operate machinery to meet production targets
* Conduct quality checks on products
* Package finished products
* Ensure materials used are accurate and meet specifications
* Follow production processes according to instructions
* Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and assemble machinery
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Person Specification
* Experience operating machinery (training provided)
* Self-motivated and able to maintain high levels of accuracy
* Commitment to producing high-quality work
* Excellent team player and able to work independently
* Previous printing experience is a plus
* Comply with all health and safety policies
* Strong communication skills
Hours of Work and Pay
* Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
* Salary: Up to £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
