Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a company in Bletchley.
The working hours are 08:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs & 07:30-15:00 on Fridays with half an hour for lunch.
This role is fully office based.
Responsibilities:
* Processing sales orders
* Raising and chasing purchase orders
* Processing purchase invoices
* Despatching Goods
* Chasing Purchase Orders/deliveries
* Matching delivery notes to purchase invoices
* Despatching and organising collection/delivery of goods
* Requesting prices and booking of despatches
* Filing
* Answering Telephone Calls
* Ad-Hoc Duties
