Job Description:
Overview:
Brand new opportunity for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to work in partnership with some of the world’s most well-loved music events and international brands. The agency is a forward-thinking creative-first performance marketing & events agency, with clients including many festivals & events brands.
Role: Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, we seek a passionate and highly experienced professional with at least 2 of experience in paid social buying, optimising, analysis, tracking and budget management. You should be able to create and deliver world-class paid media campaigns to help our client base; internal festivals & events grow and exceed their ticket sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Campaign Management:
* Implement and manage paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google, with occasional campaigns on TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Spotify.
* Efficiently manage campaign budgets to meet KPIs.
* Conduct A/B testing to enhance channel effectiveness and drive insights.
* Perform in-depth data analysis across platforms and third-party tools to optimize performance.
* Collaborate with campaign and strategy teams to achieve multi-team objectives.
* Client Relations:
* Author timely weekly reports using existing frameworks, ensuring accurate sales attribution and ROI metrics.
* Provide weekly analyses and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
* Participate in weekly client calls to discuss performance and collaborate on metric improvements.
* Business Development:
* Identify growth opportunities within existing client frameworks.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and platform representatives.
Requirements: * 2+ years in paid media buying, optimisation, and budget management.
* Proven success in campaigns, ideally in music, events, or sports.
* Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads; bonus for Pinterest, Snapchat, Spotify.
* Proficient in third-party data tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
* Manage diverse client spending, including six-figure monthly budgets.
* Strong in campaign targeting, remarketing, and cross-channel attribution.
* Collaborative, proactive, and creative and challenges norms, and thinks outside the box
* Skilled in managing expectations and building relationships.
* Deep knowledge and innovation with paid media.
* Bonus for interest in music, festivals, and events.
Employment: Full-time permanent
Location: Manchester, Hybrid (3days a week in office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Benefits: * 27 days of paid annual leave with birthdays off.
* Quarterly team socials.
