Job Description:
Murray McIntosh are currently recruiting for a Chief Engineer with Marine experience to work for a key client of ours on a contract basis as detailed below:
You will be reporting to the Technical Director to ensure the safe operation of all main and auxiliary machinery and the supervision of the MCR including watch keeping standards during sea trials.
QUALIFICATIONS
Require Chief Engineer STCW 2010 III/3 UnlimitedIdeally suited for former Royal Navy/Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RN/RFA) personnel with experience on Hunt Class vessels a bonus. ( this may be unlikely)Strong administrative and coordination skills with an emphasis on clear communication.Previous experience with sea trials or a similar maritime environment is highly desirable.
