Job Description:
Head of Finance - Nottinghamshire / Hybrid - £80,000 - £95,000 + Excellent Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity with a highly commercial and growing business for a Head of Finance to join the team supporting the CFO in terms of budgeting, forecasting and supporting the monthly management accounts process. You will be a Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant, ideally with experience around large contract P&L’s, someone who is good at building stakeholder relationships at all levels, and someone accurate and ’in the detail’. The organisation offers excellent progression opportunities.
Key Areas of the Role:
* Full responsibility for KPI analysis and performance review
* Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning
* Coordinating the monthly management accounts and board pack
* Exceptional Stakeholder management at all levels
* Further developing of KPI metrics
* Driving Change and Process Improvement
* Good with systems and Excel
* Leading a small team
As mentioned, the ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who is technically proficient and has a commercial mindset.
