Job Description:
Property Manager
Salary: £25k - £28k DOE + Company Bonus
Location: Ilkley, West Yorkshire
Full time working hours, Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month.

The Key duties of the Property Manager
* As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained.
* The role means every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties, carrying out inspections, inventories and check outs
* You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
The Key Requirements of the Property Manager
* Experience carrying out inventories , check outs and return of deposits
* Self-motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
* Excellent customer care
* Licence and own car preferred
