We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time HR Representative to join our brand new Client based in Kingston!
At our client’s organisation, their people are at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team and support their HR function. As a Part Time HR Representative, you will play a key role in advising in a wide variety of employment HR policies and processes.

Your key responsibilities:
* Provide support in HR policies advice across a wide variety of cases
* Assist in employee relations issues
* Offering an empathetic and compassionate response to all Clients
What you bring to the table:
* Previous experience in HR or a related field, demonstrating knowledge of HR processes and practises
* CIPD Qualification (desirable - not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
