Job Description:
Administrator - Workshop
This interesting and varied role covers customer service and tracking work progression though the workshop. You should be a highly organised administrator with proven customer service abilities. You should also be comfortable working in a factory/workshop environment.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Customer and Supplier Communication: Provide daily updates on open repairs to customers, suppliers, and internal departments, forging good customer relationships.
* Workshop Coordination: Collaborate with Workshop Technicians to allocate work, receive new orders, and track progress against customer-driven targets.
* Complaint and Quality Management: Handle potential customer complaints, document and report internal quality issues, and facilitate communication between workshop engineers and customers.
* Commercial Documentation: Prepare commercial quotes and invoices for approval, assist with contract queries, invoicing, and credit control.
The company is an established repair organisation for the aviation industry, they offer a very good all-round benefits package. The role is onsite working Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
