Job Description:
A great opportunity for a minimum of 3 months to join a medical equipment supply company as a Logistics Administrator.
£12.30 ph - 37.5 hours per week
Based in Chorley
Our client specialise in the sourcing, supply, service, and end of study support of medical and laboratory equipment for the clinical trial industry. They currently supply specialist medical equipment to all regions of the world and both their customer list and geographical reach is expanding daily.
Part of a well known brand this group of companies compliments a growing service offering allowing them to better service for their customers and support them in achieving their goals.
The EOS Administrator role will work in a fast paced challenging environment. In this position, you be responsible for the administration the end of study programme and associated tasks across the EOS pillar.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Support all collection requests and set up new collections cases with the required information.
* Liaise with clinical sites on a global basis to assist with return of the correct documentation.
* Complete mandatory export documentation requests.
* Updating the system with all required updates on a daily basis.
* Assisting the administration of our revenue steams to ensure all invoicing is processed in accordance with the business and balanced against costs.
* Produce accurate and timely reports to support customer and business needs.
* Providing support as required to the EOS Co-ordinators.
Experience working in a team in a customer focused, target driven environment is highly desirable.
