Altum Consulting are partnering with an established Marketing business to recruit a Head of Finance and Operations. This role will become part of the Senior Leadership Team and deliver on the company’s strategic financial direction and objectives. Applying candidates must be immediately available/on a short notice period.
Role:
* Manage Finance function and Operations (HR, Compliance)
* Lead on monthly Management Accounts, Budgeting, Forecasting and annual Audit.
* Report financial results to shareholders/SLT advising on any risks and recommendations
* Manage staff payroll and other employment areas (employment contracts, staff insurances and all tax requirements)
* Manage and develop direct reports (4)
You’ll be/have:
* A Qualified Accountant with substantial experience in a leadership role
* Experience leading operations outside of finance (HR essential)
* A natural leader focused on developing teams
* Immediately available/short notice period
