CONSUMER INSIGHT ANALYST| RETAIL/ CONSUMER FOCUSSED BRAND | £45K | LEEDS/ HYBRID

This role is crucial for driving the customer relationship management strategies and ensuring personalised and effective communication across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with CRM systems, and a passion for enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities in the position of CRM Analyst will include:
* Analyse customer data to develop insights and strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
* Manage and optimise the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and efficient campaign execution.
* Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and other channels.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive customer communication strategies.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CRM system.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and data analytics.
To be considered for the position of CRM Analyst, you will offer the following:
* 3+ years in a CRM analyst or similar role, preferably within a retail or lifestyle brand.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
