Job Purpose
*Overseeing the audit department, leading an experienced team, and ensuring the highest standard of service is provided to a varied client portfolio.
*Using a commercial mindset to strategically drive the firm’s offering, nurturing a network of prospective clients.
*Supporting the Partnership team in the delivery of excellence across the whole firm.
*Building trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients.
*Confidently representing the firm at networking opportunities.
*Training audit staff, providing constructive and supportive mentorship.
