The role/company
Our client is an independent wealth planning company based in Cobham.
They are now looking for an experienced IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator
to join their close knit team of 10. There are 4 Administrators, 2 Paraplanners and 4 Advisers.
Key responsibilities of the role:-
* Processing of new business
* Managing the Advisers inbox
* Planning ahead and getting everything ready for their client meetings
* Working closely with the Advisers to ensure clients are offered exceptional care
* Contacting existing clients to organize their annual reviews and booking into the Advisers diary

The Hours are 9am-5pm
Salary up to £35,000
Holiday - 25 days + BH
Annual Discretionary bonus
