About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Cardiff. This full-time role is set to start in September and offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a significant impact on students’ learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS2 students, adhering to the national curriculum.
* Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support student development and well-being.
* Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Significant experience teaching at the KS2 level.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
