Job Description:
Driver Hire Gatwick is seeking a dependable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our client in Crawley with an immediate start. This role involves performing between 10-15 Pallet deliveries per day, delivering a variety of goods in and around the South East. You will have access to a pump Truck and tailift.
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Usual start time: 07:00 AM
* Usual finish time: 16:00 PM (depending on the route)
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily multi-drop deliveries to various locations, starting from Redhill.
* Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle goods with care.
* Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and clients.
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 Driving License
* Full and up-to-date CPC and Tachograph Card
* Proven experience in multi-drop delivery operations
* Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
* Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical work
* Excellent navigational skills and knowledge of delivery areas
