Children’s Home Manager
Greater Manchester
Up to £75,000
Information:
I am recruiting for a Children’s Registered Home Manager to join a home based in Wilmslow.
The service is 4 bedded home, designed to support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours. The home support up to 4 girls at any one stage.
As the manager you will hold the registration as the manager of the home with OFSTED.
As the manager of the home you will work alongside the RI to shape the service to create positive outcomes to children and young people, whilst managing the home, ensuring the the staff provide effective and efficient support to all young people.
Location: Wilmslow
Pay and Contract:
* Up to £75,000
* Full-time, permanent contract
* Monday - Friday
* 9am - 5pm, + flexibility when needed
* + on call duties
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
* NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
* Deputy or Registered Manager experience
* Driving licence
