Job Purpose *Overseeing onsite audit assignments from planning to completion, working alongside Audit Manager and RI (50% of the role)
*Preparation of statutory accounts for partnerships and sole traders
*Preparation of corporation tax computations
*Reviewing VAT returns for limited companies and groups
*Communicating clearly and effectively at all levels to progress assignments and resolve queries
*Supervising junior staff, including review working and delivering training
*Building trusted client relationships, acting as their main point of contact to proactively handle queries
*Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities where possible
*Working directly with Managers to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are always met

The Successful Applicant *ACA / ACCA / QBE qualified, part qualified, studying or with a desire to begin study
*Demonstrable experience within UK practice
*Proven track record of overseeing audits from planning to completion
*A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously
*Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, and reliable
*Exceptional communication skills and keen eye for detail
*Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
*Good awareness of current affairs and solid commercial acumen
