Hours: £11.44 p/h

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling company correspondence, organising meetings, supervising administrative staff, performing data entry, managing office supplies, and processing orders. The successful candidate will ensure efficient office operations and support our administrative functions during this temporary assignment.
Key Responsibilities:

Reception Management: * Welcome customers and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
* Oversee the reception area to maintain a professional and organised environment.

Order Processing: * Accurately process orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered and managed.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery of orders.

*
Correspondence Management: * Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
* Ensure all correspondence is managed efficiently and accurately.

Meeting and Event Coordination: * Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
* Oversee catering arrangements during company events to ensure a smooth experience.

Administrative Supervision: * Supervise administrative staff, design office work flow, and assess staff performance.
* Provide constructive feedback to enhance internal performance and efficiency.

Data Entry and Record Maintenance: * Perform data entry tasks, updating records and databases for personnel, financial, and legal information.
* Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Inventory Management: * Manage the inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment.
* Ensure all supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained for smooth office operations.


Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* High level of professionalism and integrity.
