We are currently partnering with a prestigious Auction House in London who are looking to add a Watch Specialist to their team.

This position’s primary responsibility is to support the appraisal and cataloguing of timepieces.

Duties include:
* Provide watch valuations both in person and online, with a view to consign items to the various sales.
* To catalogue and condition report a wide range of watches and watch accessories.
* Make sure the cataloguing is finished and proofed according to the designated timelines.
* Ensure the condition reports are completed with precision and clarity.
* Assist with the pre-sale preparation and post-sale procedures, including viewings, packing and shipping.
* Make sure inbound consignments meet the managing director’s requirements.
* Assist the marketing team and photographers to ensure the deadlines are met and content is provided on time.

Experience required:
* Previous experience within an Auction House or Watch organisation, in a similar role.
* The ability to identify, appraise and value luxury watches.
* Expertise in Cataloguing watches.
* A confident communicator with existing industry contacts.
