Recruitment Consultant Accountancy and Finance
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Generous Commission on all billed revenue
Location: Brighton - (Remote working)
Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours

With reputable and trusted reputation in within the legal sector, my client is now looking to expand within the Accountancy & Finance sector due to continued year on year growth covering vacancies across the UK.
For this role you will be a seasoned recruiter who is happy and confident to set up a new division within finance, you will have been working within this sector and have a prove track record in successfully generating new business and placing all levels of finance candidates in accountancy-based roles.
You will need to be self-motivated; this is not a role where you will be micromanaged or have your hand help held, the desk should be deemed as your business, you will have an entrepreneur flair about you, and a genuine passion to succeed. You will have the autonomy to conduct desk/business as to how you want and be able to contribute new ideas.
My client is flexible in terms of what hours work for you within this sector so long is the job gets done and they see a growth month on month. You will have all the standard platforms to work with they work with Recruiter as a CRM and have worked in the temp/perm side.
Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities, cold calling, using linked in, specing candidates, utilising marketing activities and researching opportunities.
* 360-degree recruitment role.
* Interviewing candidates.
* Formatting CVs, and marketing candidates out.
* Writing job adverts and taking detailed job descriptions.
* Negotiating terms of business.
* Account management and booking in interviews.
* Preparing candidates for interviews, giving feedback.
* Updating the CRM system.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
* Proven full 360 recruitment background.
* Ability to generate new business and account manage existing clients.
* Great communication and relationship building skills.
* Able attract quality candidates for mid/senior roles.
* Work on your own initiative, self-motivated and driven.
* Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline.
* Good IT skills including using CRM systems.
* Negotiate and close terms of business and finalising offers successfully.
* Create opportunities via referrals & networking.
