I am recruiting for an experienced Commercial Director to join their new start up office based in the Birmingham area.
You will be responsible for developing business to add volume to existing services and generating new business. Other duties will include:
* Driving growth and expansion of all services.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
* Building sales strategies for the sales team to roll out
* Identifying new opportunities for expansion
* Meeting new clients and building relationships with existing clients
* Track sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes
* Controlling costs from service providers in GB
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Irish roadfreight groupage
* Strong leadership skills
* PC literate
* Full UK driving and willing to travel to other branches when needed
* Excellent communication skills verbal and written
