Project Manager- Flat Roofing

Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (Dependent on Experiences
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all contractual aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and secure favourable outcomes.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes in scope promptly.
* Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, with a specific focus on flat roofing.
* Strong knowledge of contract law and construction management principles.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
