We are on the lookout for a meticulous Payroll Co-ordinator to join a long standing client of Trinity House Group on a permanent basis. Imagine yourself at the heart of our organisation, responsible for the monthly payroll of our 400 strong team. You’ll have a key role in ensuring precise and timely processing of payroll data, covering taxable benefits, absence records, bank hours, overtime payments, shift payments, and holiday payments.
In this role, you’ll be entrusted with overseeing and processing the accurate and punctual inputting and validation of all payroll data. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our hardworking staff receive their remuneration promptly and correctly. Your attention to detail and dedication will drive the seamless preparation and processing of payroll where needed.

* Manage monthly payroll for approximately 400 employees
* Oversee accurate and punctual processing of various payroll components including taxable benefits, absence data, bank hours, overtime, shift payments, and holiday payments
* Ensure precise preparation and processing of payroll data as necessary

Preferred Requirements: * Prior experience in payroll administration or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
* Excellent organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications: * Relevant certification or diploma in payroll management or related field
* Additional training in accounting or finance is a plus
* Experience with HRIS or other related systems
