DUE TO LOCATION-YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT
A great opportunity for an HR Professional to enhance their skills as an Employee Relations Advisor in a fast-paced hospitality business. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave.
The role will be varied and will include assisting managers with a wide range of employee relations topics, including performance management, family leave, absence management, flexible working requests, disciplinaries and grievances.
There will also be the opportunity to get involved with delivering training, writing and updating policies and using HR data to create monthly reports.
The Person
We are looking for someone who is confident in handling sensitive situations, has strong time management skills and enjoys sharing their knowledge through coaching of junior team members.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified to Level 7 and will have at least 12 months of employee relations experience. Experience of working within the hospitality industry would also be an advantage.
