Analysis and Reporting Manager - Charity!
Based in Birmingham or London - Hybrid working (1 day a week)
Data whiz wanted! Join a leading UK charity & translate numbers into real change. Analyze & report, empower people!
Analysis & Communication: Leverage data to enhance services and effectively communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders. This includes leading the analysis function and representing the organization on relevant projects.
Data Management & External Engagement: Oversee the development of the organization’s data infrastructure, ensure data accuracy, and manage external supplier relationships for data-related projects. Additionally, represent the organization at relevant events and keep partners informed.
Team Leadership & Strategy: Manage a small team, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and conducting appraisals. Contribute to budget planning and ensure public-facing work aligns with the organization’s communication strategy.
Skills that are required for a Analytics Lead are:
* Lead Data Teams: Experience managing analytical and Microsoft BI Stack (Power BI, Azure, Dataverse, SQL) teams.
* Empower with Data: Support colleagues using data for performance & strategy, automating reports & workflows.
* Project Pro: Experience managing large, cross-departmental projects with diverse stakeholders.
* Excel Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
