Job Description:
Catch 22 are working with a large national Facilities Management organisation who are seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager to full accountability and responsibility for the safe management and delivery of M&E project works primarily across the North of England.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of managing short and long term projects within FM departments and will provide specialist support with CAPEX budgets, H&S practice, CDM processes and tenders.
This is a site based role with an office in Leeds but the successful applicant will be required to travel to sites.
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple project from ’end to end’ on small to medium sized projects including installations, refits and refurbs of equipment and building fabrics.
* Liaise with colleagues managers to determine and identify project opportunities
* Identify and develop a medium and long term pipeline of Project opportunities
* Manage, run and draw up tenders as required
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven track record safely delivering exceptional projects in M&E, FM and construction
* Proven experience of running profit & loss accounts
* Natural sales acumen and ability to seek new opportunities
* Drive to succeed
* Deomstrable experience of managing project teams
* Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals.
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and H&S processes
Role benefits:
* Salary around £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
