As an Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading audit engagements, mentoring junior staff, and building strong client relationships. You will bring your expertise to ensure compliance with auditing standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our audit processes.
Responsibilities
* Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and implement audit plans
* Oversee annual audit schedules and allocate resources.

* Lead, manage, and mentor the audit team.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively.
* Identify and assess significant risks.
* Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal controls.
* Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
* Review and approve audit work and reports.
* Enhance audit processes and procedures.
* Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
* Report to Director/Partner.
* Take ownership of projects and teams.
Requirements
* 3+ years of post-qualification experience in external audit
* Fully qualified ACCA/ICAS/other equivalent
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field would be advantageous
* Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS102 & FRS101, and/or IFRS
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Experienced in managing and leading audits and teams
* Strong leadership skills
