Achieve Professionals are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-established law firm in Gateshead.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Auction Conveyancing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service within the legal industry. This is a full time position based in Gateshead.
Duties:
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and other professionals involved in the Conveyancing matter via telephone, email and letter.
* Utilize our case management system to manage customer interactions, track inquiries, and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
* Assist in providing updates on Conveyancing matters to clients and internal teams.
* Drafting legal documents for the Conveyancer.
* To assist in the provision of administrative and legal services for clients
* Update and maintain accurate information in the database.
Person Specification:
* At least 1 year experience working in Residential Conveyancing
* Good Microsoft skills particularly word and excel;
* Good customer focus;
* Flexible and proactive approach with ’can do’ attitude;
* Organised and able to prioritise;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work with figures.
