I am currently working with a well-respected National Law Firm who are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant or Junior Fee Earner to join their lively property team in Bedford.

You will:
* Have at least 12 months experience working within a property team within a law firm setting.
* Have competent knowledge of the full conveyancing process from inception to post completion.
* Have experience dealing with sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold properties. Re-mortgage, transfers of equity, and new build property knowledge is a bonus!
* Be able to provide thorough and efficient support to fee earners, to ensure the smooth progression of their files.
* Have the ability to perform under pressure, whilst being well organised, and target driven.
* Be able to take initiative when completing tasks, and have excellent communication skills.
